“The Brown Wall” depicts life on the road to Dakar. The people are constantly on the go, utilizing all forms of transport that occupy the highway into the big city. One gets an inside look of the goings on, from the use of yellow taxis, Busses packed with passengers literally from the inside out, and decorated in hand painted graphics, to men hitching rides on the back of flat bed trucks, everything goes. As you pass by the passersby you can’t help but to notice The Brown Wall in the back ground to this great motion picture. Decorated in street art like modern day frescoes, the wall tells a story to every neighborhood where it borders.
